Shipping and Return Policy
At Colour Enchantment, we want your order to arrive with the same sense of
care and intention that goes into every product we choose. Below you’ll find a
clear, ease-filled guide to how we ship, deliver, and support returns.
Shipping Information
Before placing your order, please take a moment to ensure your delivery details are correct. We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
We currently ship across the UK and Northern Ireland. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
UK Mainland Shipping
- Free delivery on orders over £30
- £2.99 for orders up to 2kg
- £5.99 for orders over 2kg
Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders over 2kg are sent via APC Overnight, booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
Northern Ireland Shipping
- Free delivery on orders over £30
- Tracked delivery (2–3 days): £2.99 for orders up to 2kg
- £14.50 for orders over 2kg
Orders between 100g–2kg are sent via Royal Mail.
Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD.
Delivery may take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
During busier periods, particularly from October to December, dispatch times may extend to 3–4 working days.
BFPO & PO Box Addresses
- We’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses via courier within the UK.
- For BFPO addresses, please contact us before placing your order, as courier pricing may vary.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refunds & Replacements
We accept refund and replacement requests as long as:
- the product has not been used, and
- the packaging is undamaged
If an item has been opened, used, or its packaging compromised, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
- For damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Please include photographic evidence wherever possible.
- We’ll advise whether a return is required.
If your item is faulty or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours via the Contact Us page, by emailing colourenchant@gmail.com
, or by replying to your order or shipping confirmation email.
Where a return is required and accepted due to damage or a fault, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days via the Contact Us page, by emailing colourenchant@gmail.com, or by replying to your order or shipping confirmation email.
We will ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused and unworn
- in its original packaging
- with all tags intact
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your parcel. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or bespoke reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- custom or personalised items
- beauty and personal care products
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- sealed hygiene products that have been opened

Lost Parcels
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of re-sending the order will need to be covered by the customer.
